The Washburn Middle School Instrumental Music program includes the 7th & 8th Grade Middle School Bands. There are actually two middle school bands (gr. 7-8). The full band meets on Monday and Wednesday from 9:02-9:46 a.m. and this group includes students that are also members of the middle school choir. The other middle school band is referred to as the "little" band and that group is students that are in band only. The "little" band meets at the same time on Tuesday and Thursday. The two bands alternate the Friday rehearsal.
