Dear Castle Guard Families, Staff, Students, and Community Members,

As we approach the end of the 2025-2026 school year, there is so much to celebrate in the School District of Washburn. Our students have reached incredible heights this year, from achieving significant academic growth on our state report cards to showcasing our Castle Guards on the stage with amazing music performances. This spring, we also celebrated the girls' and boys' track teams as Conference Champions. These honors are a testament to the hard work of our students, the dedication of our staff, and the unwavering support of our families. I am incredibly proud to be both a Washburn educator and a community member!

Did you know that Washburn students get in free to all athletic events? Parents and guardians, we do ask that all kids are supervised at all times in order to ensure good sportsmanship, a safe environment, and a positive experience for all.
